Series C Tables

Our benches have been tested to support over 4,000 pounds of reasonably distributed weight. E Series benches support 2000 pounds. They are welded, ground, machine-sanded and powder painted to give a fine finished appearance.

This table is available in a standard and static control (ESD) models. These production benches have a white formica top, and medium blue gray frame. The static control (ESD) version adds 2 grounding lugs, 2 wrist strap jacks, 2 green grounding wires, and Listat* ESD laminate. Select any height from 26" to 36". Stock sizes are as follows:

Series E Tables

Series WS Tables (All Factory Welded)

Footrests are made of 1-1/4" round chrome plated 14-gauge steel tubing, the same high-carbon steel commonly used for industrial scaffolding, and are attached on the inside of the lower leg support brackets.

Adjustable Legs

Adjustable leg sets are made from 1.75" x 1.75" 16-gauge steel electrowelded tube. They are designed with five welded-in threaded fasteners. These concealed fasteners are designed to eliminate the possibility of cross threading of the fasteners while making adjustments. Standard adjustment range is from 30" to 36". We can change that range if needed at no additional cost. When adjustment is complete, this design provides the strongest and sturdiest leg design available today.

"E" Plug Strips

"E" Strips include 7 outlets, circuit breakers, switch and 8' cord. Mounting hardware sold

"S" Plug Strips

"S" Strips include, circuit breakers, lighted switch, 8' cord, & Mounting hardware. Order 4' strips with 8 plugs, or 6' strips with 12 plugs.

"X" Plug Strips

"X" plugs are installed on the bench frame. Specify number of duplex outlets (1-4), & if the outlet face out

Freestanding Shelve

These freestanding shelves are available in both standard , & conductive styles. There are numerous options available on these shelves; please call for details. Sizes 48, 60, 72, & 96 inches long. 15 inches deep.

Choose from laminated wood, or ESD laminated wood shelves. Wood shelves are completely sealed with plastic laminate over 1-1/4" thick particle board, then attached over a strong tubular steel under structure.

Bottom shelves are available in bench widths, and any depth which will fit between the front and back legs. Standard depths are 12", 24", and 30", and include welded 2" square 16 gauge tubular under frame member for heavy duty support.

Shelf Brackets

These brackets are available in both a fixed & adjustable style. They fit 12 or 15 inch shelves. Are made of tempered steel with a zinc plating.

Tower Sets

Base Attachment

Slotted support towers are for supporting shelves, overhead lighting, noise reducing panels, and bin-box grid panels. Gibraltar benches ordered with this option have a 3"x3" section of the bench top removed from each back corner. Slotted towers are made from the same heavy 2" square 1 6-gauge electro-welded tube used for the frame, and are painted to match. They require no assembly, and are simply inserted into the top of the leg frame. Sets are available in both standard & conductive styles. Custom heights are available.

Under Shelf Lights

Under counter lights are Underwriters Laboratories listed, feature non-yellowing acrylic defusers, and include a switch, six foot cord, electronic "instant-on" ballast, and 20 watt bulb. This light provides the same light as a 75 watt incandescent bulb.

Overhead Lights

Support tower, mounting frame, cord, & switch are purchased separately from the light. These 4' fixtures are offered with easily removed defusers to facilitate changing bulbs. Two 40-watt F40T12 bulbs are readily available. End caps and inside reflectors are white. As these fixtures are commonly hard wired, cords are sold separately.

Steel Drawers

Painted steel drawers with metal rollers are offered to satisfy ESD requirements. When ordered with ESD work stations, these drawers are built with front caps covered in the same plastic laminate used on the bench top. Inside dimensions: 4",6", or 12" deep, 18" front to back, and 15" wide. Locks sold separately

ABS Drawers

The drawer is made of white ABS plastic measuring 6" H x 15" W x 18" D. Locks sold separately. ABS drawers are not stackable.

Please specify if locks should be keyed alike or keyed differently.

Caster Sets

Model C4 casters offer a 1 000-pound per bench capacity molded on rubber tread for smooth, easy rolling, ball bearings in the wheel and swivel for a long life.

Model C6 offer molded on rubber tread, ball bearings in the wheel and swivel, and a 2000-pound per bench capacity. Zerk fittings are provided for lubrication. Casters are available on series K & W only.

Edge Rails

Edge rails are available in both standard & conductive styles. They are made of heavy .094" thick steel. Sizes: 30, 36, 48, 60, 72, & 96 inches long.

Bin Box Rails

Bin rails hang from support towers, & hold Arco-Mills parts boxes. They are available in both standard, & conductive styles. Lengths: 48, 60, 72, & 96 inches long.
